Ordering Information
We produce a wide variety of products per season that we have on-hand for immediate sale, but many items require pre-ordering and your product will be available for pick-up or shipment within 2 - 3 weeks of ordering.

Due to the volatile nature of the essential oils market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only. We shall do our best to keep our website updated on a daily basis.
Return Policy
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy, however, special offers, sale items, discontinued product and out of season items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All returns must be received by us intact and within 7 business days from purchase to qualify for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
As a small business, we create small runs of seasonal product and cannot offer a refund or exchange beyond the season that the product was produced.
All product returns require an authorization number. This R.A number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
All products must be returned in the original packaging and credit is subject to our quality control inspection specifications.
Special Promotions
From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time.
This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts on discontinued items.

Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Pay Pal. Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded with receipt for payment via email. Therefore, please ensure that you provide your correct email address.
Shipping
IMPORTANT: Essential Oils cannot be shipped via air, therefore we only ship ground service within continental North America. Our primary ground courier is Canada Postal Service. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed. Orders are shipped from our location in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. Adoressence takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur due to the postal service. Further to our import note above, essential Oils are classified as Hazardous Goods when shipped by air. Because of this only ground shipments are available for essential oils.
